WRITING FROM THE GROUND UP

Learn the Steps Involved in Writing a Novel

This dynamic workshop will walk you through the creation of a novel from the opening hook, through plot points, world building and character building . . . all the way to the all-important black moment and The End.

We will cover the following topics:

• World/ Character /Conflict Building with Lisa Blankenship
• First Lines / Beginnings--the Inciting Incident with Mindy Klasky
• Dragging Middles with Mindy Klasky
• The Black Moment with Christie Kelley
• After The End—How to edit/polish your finished manuscript with Brigid Kemmerer
